BAGHDAD, IRAQ, 2019 The man was taking part in an anti-government demonstration in Baghdad, Iraq’s second largest city. Security forces tried to suppress the demonstration by firing tear gas grenades into the crowd. Four people were killed and 60 wounded. This man was very unlucky because a tear grenade went straight through his head.
