FOZ DO IGUAÇU, BRAZIL – DECEMBER 30, 2016 Businesswoman Andrea Depelegrin Burguer, 44, was murdered on España Street. She was just inside her van covered with an ad for a stationery store she owned. The shooter was a man walking past the van. The prime suspect is her former employee.
