Headless rotting corpse floating in river

BALRAMPUR, UTTAR PRADESH, INDIA Local residents were shocked by a gruesome discovery. A headless male body in an advanced state of decomposition was found floating in the river. One of them filmed a video as they worked together to pull the body to shore. Unfortunately, no further information is known at this time.
